About Us                                    

Peterborough Youth Empowerment (PYE) was founded in 2017 by Sneha Wadhwani and Douglas Koehler, two high school students in Peterborough, Ontario. It is our mission to encourage youth advocacy and increase awareness of youth opportunities in the community through social media and events. In the past our group has put on:

• coffee houses

• Federal youth policy consultation

• Partnerered with Kawartha World Issues Centre to host a Global Youth Day conference
